Privacy Policy

Lykos Fitness is run by Lykos Intelligence LLC ("we"). This policy explains what the app collects, why, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and a password (stored by our sign-in provider, never readable by us).
• What you log: body weight and measurements, sleep, energy, steps, meals, workouts and sets, spending amounts you enter, settings such as targets and portion size, and messages you send the coach.
• Technical basics: the minimum needed to keep you signed in and to run the site, such as a sign-in token stored in your browser.

We don't collect your location, contacts or photos, and we don't ask for payment details.

How we use it

• To show your plan, history, reports and suggestions.
• To answer coach and eating-out questions. When you ask, a summary of your recent log is sent to our AI provider to write the answer.
• To keep the service working and secure.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use your health information for advertising.

Packs (households and teams)

Packs are optional. If you join one, the other members can see a short summary you publish to that pack, and nothing else from your log:

• Every pack: the name you choose for the pack, your pack rank, your points (this week and all time), strength sessions this week and your logging streak.
• A household, as well: your planned meals and portion size for the next 7 days and what you logged for groceries this week, so you can shop from one list and one budget. The household also shares its grocery budget and which list items are in the cart.

Pack members never see your weight, measurements, sleep, energy, individual meals eaten, workout details or coach messages. Leave a pack anytime and your summary is removed from it. If you sign up with an invite code, the pack owner chose to invite you, and you join that pack when your login is created.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase: database and sign-in. Each person's rows are locked so only they can read them.
• Netlify: hosting and the server functions that run the app.
• Anthropic: the AI model that writes coach answers, only when you ask a question.

Cookies, browser storage and store links

The app uses your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to hold entries that haven't saved yet. It has no advertising cookies.

Some links take you to store websites such as ALDI or Walmart. Those sites, and affiliate programs they work with, may set their own cookies when you visit, including cookies that record that you arrived from Lykos Fitness so we may earn a commission on a purchase. Their privacy policies apply on their sites. We never receive or store your store account details or what you buy.

Your choices

• Access or export: everything you log is visible in the app, including a full history in Reports.
• Delete: ask us through the contact form and we'll delete your account and data.
• Stop: you can stop using the app at any time.

Security and breaches

Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access rules that limit each person to their own data. No system is perfect. If a breach affecting your information ever happens, we will notify you as the law requires, including under the FTC's Health Breach Notification Rule.

Not medical advice

Lykos Fitness is a planning tool, not a medical service. Talk to a doctor before starting a new diet or training program.

Age

The app is for adults 18 and older.
